Real estate is rarely just about finding a property.
For professionals, it is an ongoing relationship —
understanding what a client wants, keeping track of
conversations, following up at the right time, and knowing
which properties are actually worth putting in front of
them.
I designed a mobile workspace that brings those
interactions together, giving real estate professionals a
clearer way to manage clients, follow-ups, and property
recommendations.
A key part of the experience is the AI-powered
recommendation flow. Rather than treating AI as a
standalone feature, I explored how client requirements
could become the foundation for more relevant property
recommendations — for both the professional and the
client.
The broader product direction was to move beyond
property search and design around the relationship that
happens before, between, and after a property is
considered.
The challenge was to bring these interactions into one
workspace without turning the product into another
property-listing platform.
I approached the product as a relationship-management
workspace first, and a property discovery tool second.
I mapped the core interactions around three connected
areas: clients, properties, and follow-ups. This helped
establish a structure where agents could move from
understanding a client’s requirements to recommending
properties and continuing the relationship without
switching between disconnected workflows.
The experience needed to make it easy for agents to:
✅Keep track of clients and their requirements.
✅ Stay on top of follow-ups and ongoing conversations
✅ Match clients with relevant properties.
✅ AI autogenerate property recommendations based on
specific requirements.
✅Give clients a clearer way to discover properties that fit what they
are looking for.
